These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

In no case shall M/s Green-A-Ware and its stakeholders,viz., our owner(s), officer(s), employee(s), consultant(s), affiliate(s), agent(s), contractor(s), intern(s), supplier(s), service provider(s),etc be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from users’ use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to users’ use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless M/s Green-A-Ware and its stakeholders as statedsupra, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of users’ breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or users’ violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either users or us. Users may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that they no longer wish to use our Services, or when they cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment users fail, or we suspect that they have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and users will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny users access to our Services (or any part thereof).

We may, inter alia, collect the following information from users: -

- Demographic information such as postcode, postal address, preferences, and interests
- Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers, etc.
We require this information to understand users’ needs and provide users with a better service and for Internal record keeping. We may use the information to improve our products and services. We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think users may find interesting using the contact information which users have provided. From time to time, we may also use users’ information to contact users for market research purposes. We may contact users by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customize the website according to users’ interests.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY (PRODUCTS)
Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped in 10 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.
M/s Green-A-Ware is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. The product will be delivered for all urban areas in India serviceable by major courier agencies. For remote/rural areas the product will be sent by local couriers / Indian Speed Post and may take more time. Shipping may not be made on Sundays and National Holidays, and the calculation of 10 working days for shipping may be altered accordingly.
Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the address specified by buyers at the time of order. M/s Green-A-Ware is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
Delivery of our services will be confirmed on buyer’s mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services, users may contact contact us via email.
PAYMENTS
M/s Green-A-Ware has made possible for its buyers to use Net-banking, UPI ID, Credit/ Debit Card and other online payment systems for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not available presently.
